At BandsCo Straps, we want you to love your new look. If your watch strap isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the original, unworn strap in its protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
